Today we want to give you some guidelines for use to keep your aligners in good condition and prevent them from getting damaged.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>The aligners should be worn for 20 to 22 hours a day, as instructed by your dentist. They should only be removed for meals and drinks (unless it is cold water).<\/p>\n<p><strong>How to wash them?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>To clean them, use a soft-bristled toothbrush, water and a little toothpaste.
