Our medical director and founding partner, the expert in dental implants in Murcia, Fernando García Vélez, has successfully completed the Master's Degree in Management and Transformation of Dental Clinics of the Institute for Digital Dental Development (IDEOD) after presenting his TFM in Seville along with the rest of the students.
The master's degree, which lasted 9 months and was held in the Andalusian capital, has served to strengthen their knowledge in clinical management and during the course they have addressed issues such as scalability, digitisation, automation and other key points for Vélez & Lozano.
As a clinic, we reaffirm the importance we give to real digital transformation when it comes to offering our patients a close and quality service, while at the same time we are committed to facilitating their experience as potential users, through online appointments, WhatsApp services and a host of other proposals.
We are confident that rowing in this direction will be what will lead us to continue celebrating our 17th anniversary this August as a dental clinic of reference in the city of Murcia.
