Ignacio Vázquez presents the Important June 2019 Award
On 30 January, Dr. Ignacio Vázquez presented the Important June 2019 award to Helena Flores for the creation of the BlueUnicorn video game.
The dental clinic Vélez and Lozano sponsored the gala where the awards ceremony took place Important 2019. These awards are given by the newspaper La Opinión de Murcia to 12 people who stood out during the last year, one every month.
Helena Flores, computer engineer and mother of a child with autism, received recognition from Ignacio Vázquez for the creation of BlueUnicorn. The video game is designed especially for autistic children and its aim is to teach them the rules of traditional schoolyard games to facilitate interpersonal relationships.
The gala took place at the Teatro Circo in Murcia and was attended by Ignacio Vázquez, Pedro Roca and Diego Saura representing Vélez and Lozano.
