María Abadía, Adrián Melgares de Aguilar and Sonia Cutillas, i.e. our hygienists from the orthodontics area, were also present at the 71st congress of the Spanish Society of Orthodontics and Orthopaedics (SEDO) held in Murcia. They took advantage of their attendance to attend a course on '21st Century Orthodontics', which addressed issues such as digitalisation and skeletal anchorage.
The course, given by Dr. Belén Jiménez and Dr. María Orquín, consisted of two different training blocks (invisible aligners / orthodontics with micro-screws) and served to reinforce their knowledge of areas of orthodontics that already work daily in our clinic, as their daily performance and involvement in the treatments is vital to offer the quality service that we at Vélez y Lozano provide to our patients.
