The course, which took place at the Hotel Front Maritim BarcelonaThe course took place in morning and afternoon sessions and involved a total immersion in the subject, which required those attending to put aside their daily chores to focus all their attention on the course.
The teachers were Antonio Castilla, Santi Carreras y Paulo MesquitaAll doctors with extensive experience in both clinical and teaching areas, and during the course, special emphasis was placed on the knowledge and application of bone biology as well as the correct diagnosis of the defect, the correct reading and manipulation of soft tissues, the type of graft and the choice of surgical technique, the return of soft tissue parameters after bone regeneration, the management of the aesthetic sector, the correct provisionalisation sequence and the final prosthetic restoration.
During the course, participants were provided with the necessary resources and knowledge to be able to carry out a correct diagnosis and a successful treatment plan, all based on basic biological principles with the aim of obtaining maximum predictability and success in the treatments.
