At Velez & Lozano We have always believed that being at the forefront is necessary to offer a top quality dental service, something that is achieved in two ways according to our vision and company philosophy: investing in the latest technology available on the market, on the material side, and keeping constantly updated in the areas in which one is an expert, on the human side.
And that's why our medical director and head of surgery and implants, Fernando García Vélez, founding partner, participates in this VI edition of the '.Modular Course: Advanced Surgery in Implantology'. which is held in Madrid. The first module dealt with periodontal plastic surgery and was given by Dr. Nelson Carranza, a leading authority on the subject.
In the various successive modules that make up the training, other subjects of interest will be covered, such as soft tissue management and guided bone regeneration techniques to make implant therapy predictable in the long term, among others. The new perspectives offered by guided bone regeneration in the treatment of maxillary resorptions and severe vertical bone defects will be presented, with special emphasis on the reconstruction of hard and soft tissues in the anterior maxilla in preparation for future single or partial implant-supported rehabilitations, approaches that involve applying the latest advances from the theoretical to the practical field.
